Letter of Appreciation
It is not that I take the time to write a letter of appreciation to a contractor! However, your service was so excellent that I could not let it pass without that extra thank you. The springs holding my garage door broke on Sunday. I placed a call to your office and left a voice mail on Sunday. Monday morning, Presidents Day, you called me back first thing in the morning, and scheduled the repair for the next day between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. On Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. your technician was at my home, the spring was repaired by 9:00 a.m. at the price you quoted in the beginning. Unfortunately in this day and age it seems to be rare commodity that a service business does what it says it is going to do when it says its going to do it. Your truly the exception. Thank you and your technician for your promptness and service.
