Parts Warranty

All parts installed by Castle carry the manufacturer’s full warranty, passed through to you:

• Clopay garage doors — lifetime limited warranty on sections; 3-year finish warranty; additional coverage varies by model line
• LiftMaster openers — lifetime motor and belt warranty on select models; varies by series
• Springs — warranty period varies by cycle rating (standard 10,000-cycle: 1 year; high-cycle 25,000+: up to 3 years)
• Gate operators — 2–5 year warranty depending on brand and model

Labor Warranty

Castle provides a labor warranty on all installation and repair work. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period due to workmanship, we return and correct it at no charge. Specific terms are documented on your service invoice.

CSLB Compliance

Castle Garage Doors & Gates holds California State License Board (CSLB) License #1154002, classification C-61/D-28 (Door Systems). This means:

• The company has passed state examination requirements for garage door and gate work
• A surety bond is on file with the state, protecting consumers against defective work
• Workers’ compensation insurance is current and verified by the CSLB
• The license is subject to ongoing state oversight and complaint investigation
